Top AltCoins

Folks, before I mention about the Top AltCoins, let's have a quick recap of my previous article about my personal favorite coins -

First Ethereum was quoting $300 and now it's around $400 - Excellent move by the dark horse.

The other one was Litecoin - mentioned at $60 and now $75 - Slow but steady move.

Third was Ripple (XRP) - It did move up from the consolidation phase between $0.19 - 0.20 to $0.28 after the announcement of American Express Bank and Santender bank tie up - however, has retraced to $0.23 and certainly is a long term hold.

Next was Salt which also did move up from $3.79 to $4.37 and is currently at $3.70.

The last was Waves - mentioned at $4.13 which is currently $5.22.
So, excellent returns in the last 10 days.

Now coming to my other Top AltCoins - but I would like to inform you in advance that this is not any recommendation nor an advise to buy. It is for you to decide after doing your own research.

1) StellarLumens - CMP $0.042 - is an open source protocol for exchanging money - backed by IBM.
Several businesses are implementing Stellar as financial infrastructure in the developing world. At the launch, Stellar was based on Ripple protocol, after making several changes to critical consensus code, Stellar network forked. As said by the Stellar co-founder that there is a flaw in the Ripple protocol but this statement was challenged in a blog post by Ripple labs CTO.
The upgraded network went live in November 2015- with upgraded version of the protocol.

2) EOS - CMP $1.93 is a block based decentralized operating system, designed to support commercial scale decentralized applications by providing all of the necessary core functionality, enabling businesses to build block chain applications in a way similar to web-based applications.
Asynchronous communication and parallel procession provide scalability, while its's ownership model eliminates transaction fees. These features make EOS a serious competitor of Ethereum.

3) QTUM - CMP $13.93 builds decentralized applications that simply work executable on mobile devices, compatible with major existing block chain ecosystems.
The block chain community and the business world has been running alongside each other in parallel and Qtum is where they meet.
Qtum is the foremost toolkit for building trusted decentralized applications suited for the Real World, business oriented use cases.
It's hybrid nature, in combination with a first of it's kind POS consensus protocol that allows QTUM application to be compatible with major block chain ecosystems, while providing native support for mobile devices and IOT applications.
